Cap Barbell Olympic Cast Iron Weight Plates, Single, 45 lb, Size: 45 lbs, Black

The CAP barbell Olympic cast iron weight plate is one of the most essential pieces of training equipment used to perform various types of exercise routines. This plate is made from cast iron and is non-Machined, providing a durable cast iron weight plate that has variations within the plate itself. Due to the weight casting process, imperfections will vary, and tolerances are not as tight as the machined casting process, but the weight is durable and built to get the job done. Each weight size features an extra rib built into the plate to provide additional support during handling. The non-Machined 2-Inch center hole accommodates Olympic bars. Combine weight sizes to achieve control over how much you lift for upper and lower body exercises. Versatile in use, this weight can be used for warm-Up exercises, strength training, endurance training, and help to increase flexibility and balance.
