Wonder Foods Organic Inulin 250g

Wonderfoods' certified organic Inulin brings the digestive benefits of inulin-rich foods to you in powder form, which can be easily added to drinks and smoothies. Inulin is considered a fibre and is not digested, rather it moves through the large intestine, functioning as a prebiotic; acting as a 'food' for the 'friendly' bacteria that live in our large intestines. This activates their growth, allowing them to flourish and multiply, thus creating a healthy intestinal ecosystem.
