About this item

• ATD DRAG- Daiwa’s Automatic Tournament Drag uses an improved drag grease that exhibits a low viscosity at rest, yet becomes more viscous immediately after drag start up.
• DIGIGEAR- Daiwa’s first generation of digitally engineered gear design ensures a perfect mesh between ultra-tough drive gear and pinion gears for optimized speed, power, durability and smoothness.
• CARBON LIGHT BODY- An incredibly strong carbon based composite material, lighter and tougher than ordinary graphite, and unlike metal doesn't corrode.
• LT LIGHT TOUGH- Introducing ‘minimalist engineering’ in Daiwa spinning reels. LT Technology introduces new, reduced reel dimensions but makes them stronger than ever. Compact body design yet with tougher Digigear drive for the perfect combination of lightness and toughness.
• AIR ROTOR SYSTEM- The newly developed AIRDRIVE ROTOR is made from Zaion. Maintaining the strength of the rotor Daiwa has been able to reduce the weight significantly. Designed with focus to create a perfectly round structure, trouble free and flawless rotation have been achieved.
