Introducing the Good Old Times Heavy Char Double Oak Mexican Vanilla Cask, an extraordinary whiskey that stands as a testament to the art of aging and flavor enhancement. This limited rare release, meticulously selected by San Diego Bourbon and Scotch Sharing, has undergone a unique double maturation process. Initially aged for 8 years and 6 months, it benefits from an additional 3 months in a new char level 5 oak barrel, followed by over 3 months in a barrel that previously held Mexican vanilla, resulting in an unparalleled depth of flavor. Bottled at a robust 55% ABV (110 proof), this exceptional whiskey from Barrel #606 offers a singular tasting experience that is both complex and sumptuously flavored.
