Here is a B-Stock Ludwig LB417 6.5x14 Black Beauty Snare Drum. This snare is a Ludwig B-Stock snare. B-Stock means that there is no structural damage or issues with the drum, but has cosmetic flaws that Ludwig determines the severity. There is a slight swirl in the finish, but it is hard to see. This drum is in practically new condition and sounds absolutely amazing. It is a American Original, and a quick standard in the industry. The drum is constructed of a single sheet of brass that is machine drawn into a seamless beaded shell. However, due to their truly unique and difficult manufacturing process, only a very limited number of Black Beauties are available each year from Ludwig USA. The Black Beauty provides a warm, round metallic tone that is often imitated, but never duplicated. Don't let this deal pass you by!
