The 8 ft. x 8 ft. frame fits in most parking spaces but gives you the additional overhang of 10 ft. x 10 ft. of shade and rain protection. The design is easy to setup, takedown and transport. The durable steel frame has 3 levels of height adjustment. Comes with tie down stakes and a rolling carry bag.
