Silpat Perfect Pastry Non-Stick Workstation Mat (15-1/8 x 23-Inch, Set of 3)

The Silpat Perfect Pastry is a nonstick countertop workstation mat designed for prepping pastries and other baked goods. This mat has been designed to be as multi-functional as possible and can be used as a complete solution to your baking mat needs. Use it to create just about anything your heart desires. The Perfect Pastry mat is similar in design to the original Silpat nonstick baking mat, but it has a specially formulated backside design, which prevents it from slipping or moving around on countertops and work surfaces. It is ideal for working with messy creations. Dimensions and rulers on the mat help ensure you get dough to just the right size of your recipe. Silpat is the original nonstick baking mat and has stood the test of time with use by the most demanding chefs in the world. *Note: Do not use it as a baking mat, it is not an oven safe product.
