About this item

• CYBERSHAPE DESIGN: A completely new type of blade with a unique shape and larger hitting area that has been optimized to be 11% larger for the shakehand grip and 9% larger for the penhold grip compared to traditional paddles. The hitting area is as much as 6.5 cm closer to the table compared with 2.5 cm for a round blade. Thanks to its different angles, the player has six corners to choose from, depending on the type and amount of spin they want.
• IMPROVED SWEET SPOT: Since the majority of strokes of a professional player (both backhand and forehand) are made on the top half of the racket, it is here that Cybershape excels. The larger hitting area provides an improved sweet spot, making it easier for the player to control their short serves and returns.
• CLOSE CORE FIBER: Cybershape is a 5+2-ply blade based on CCF (Close Core Fiber) technology, which means that the carbon layer sits directly on top of the wood core. The result is more control and speed in your game. The advanced German-made carbon fiber allows for a larger hitting area, without additional weight. Specifications: Handle length: 3.9 inch (100 mm), Playing surface: 5.9 inch (150 mm), Thickness: 0.19 inch (5 mm), Weight is 85g +/-5g (3oz +/- 0.17oz).
• WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP: In November 2021, Truls Moregardh started playing with STIGA’s completely new and revolutionary Cybershape Carbon blade. That same year, the Cybershape Carbon took the Swede all the way to the World Championships in Texas. Truls achieved the unbelievable feat of being the lowest-ranked player (a 77th-place finish) ever to reach the World Championships final, and finished the tournament ranked Number 4 in the world.
