The Pond Guy AllClear G2 Bio Pressure Filter & Ultraviolet Light Clarifier with Backflush System, Pressurized External UVC Biological &amp

AllClear filters have high output, low energy 9-watt UV clarifier. The ultraviolet clarifiers expose pond water to a high output ultraviolet light to clear the water before it travels to the chamber. There is an indicator light on the lid to let you know it's working. Inside the chamber, alternating low- and high-density filter media pads (similar to a sponge or foam) filter out dirt, organic mess, dead green algae, and debris particles big and small. The large filter media pads also provide a place for beneficial organic bacteria to grow. The good bacteria break down ammonia and nitrates that can diminish water quality and harm aquatic life such as koi, fish, minnows, tetras, goldfish, ducks, frogs, and turtles. This multistage mechanical and biological filtration process polishes the water before returning it to your backyard pond. Restores cloudy, murky pond water to a crystal clear blue appearance. With a commitment to simple and easy maintenance, an internal diverter valve and waste outlet was added. When a cleanout is needed, remove the backflush control cap, and turn dial from
